Alaska Certificate of Good Standing

The Alaska Certificate of Status (Also referred to as the Alaska Good Standing Certificate or Alaska Certificate of Existence) is an official document issued by the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development that certifies that the legal entity is registered with the State of Alaska and is compliance with all state required formalities.

Upon application to the Office of the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development a Certificate of Good Standing will be granted to any domestic or foreign profit and nonprofit corporation, limited liability company that was duly registered or formed within the State of Alaska and is in good standing.
