The Arkansas Certificate of Good Standing (Also referred to as the Arkansas Certificate of Existence or Arkansas Certificate of Status) is an official document issued by the Arkansas Secretary of State that certifies that the legal entity is registered with the State of Arkansas and is compliance with all state required formalities.

Upon application to the Office of the Arkansas Secretary of State a certificate of standing will be granted to any domestic or foreign profit and nonprofit corporation, limited liability company that was duly registered or formed within the State of Arkansas.
