Minnesota Good Standing Certificate

The Minnesota Good Standing Certificate (Also referred to as the Minnesota Certificate of Status or Minnesota Certificate of Existence) is an official document issued by the Minnesota Secretary of State that certifies that the legal entity is registered with the State of Minnesota and is compliance with all state required formalities.

Upon application to the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State a Certificate of Good Standing will be granted to any domestic or foreign profit and nonprofit corporation that was duly registered or formed within the State of Arizona.

Requirements to be eligible for a Certificate of Good Standing:
• Your entity must be registered within your State as a Corporation, LLC or LLP
• You must have filed all annual reporting as required by your State
• Your entity must have paid all State mandated fees and taxes in a timely fashion
